Privacy Policy

We collect your e-mail address and telephone number during checkout so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order. We never share your contact information.

We do not store your payment information. We use PayPal, a secure third party system, to process all transactions.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within a week of the date your order was received. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Please ship returns in a padded envelope or insulated box, and include a copy of your order invoice. Return packages must be sent back with tracking information.

Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed. I can not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended.

A credit will be issued back through Paypal or your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of return receipt.

Shipping

I use USPS First Class for all shipping. All in stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the day the order was received. I am happy to accept custom orders, please send me an e-mail if interested. Custom orders take 3-4 weeks to complete.

Items are shipped Monday thru Friday only. Arrival dates for items shipped are estimates only.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Return packages must be sent back with tracking information.
